Dr. J is Having a Baby! What Next?
A message from Dr. J:
As we’ve previously announced, my husband and I are beyond excited to soon be welcoming the arrival of our first child, baby girl Katiyah! Her estimated due date is right around the corner, January 10th, 2020. I want to personally thank you all for your continued trust as your family chiropractor as well as your continued referrals of friends and family over the last several months! Your shared excitement during this time has meant so much. You all are truly a great Empower Family!
That being said, expect to continue receiving EXCELLENT care during my upcoming maternity leave, which will begin on January 6, 2020. My last day in the office for care will be Thursday, January 2, 2020 (9am – 1pm / 3pm – 6pm).
For the month of January, I have selected trusted and skilled chiropractors from my close circle of colleagues and mentors to continue your care here IN THE OFFICE as my substitutes so that your healing and recommended care plan will not be interrupted during my absence. In addition, both chiropractors are specialty trained in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. Please see their respective bios below. I will look forward to personally serving you all again in February 2020! You all will be in exceptional hands!

Dr. Tiffany Coronado, Thrive Family Chiropractic and Nutrition, Beaumont, Texas
Dr. Tiffany Coronado was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. She graduated high school from Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School in 2003 and received her first doctorate degree (Doctor of Pharmacy) at The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. She then became a community pharmacist in the Kingwood area.
Dr. Coronado was introduced to chiropractic during the pregnancy of her first child by her midwife. She instantly fell in love with the profession! After having a natural birth at a birth center in The Woodlands, she began to explore holistic medicine.
Soon after the birth of their first son, Dr. Coronado moved to Arizona and worked with the Quechan and Cocopah Indian Tribes at the Indian Health Service. While this was an amazing opportunity, she decided to follow her new dream to become a chiropractor.
Dr. Coronado moved to Pasadena, Texas, in 2013 to attend Texas Chiropractic College and achieved her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2017, graduating third in her class with honors. Dr. Coronado has a passion for providing clients a unique way of thriving through chiropractic and functional nutrition!
